I have an idea in the fruition of putting on monthly sessions where singers can come along and sing a song for each other. I will be finding a venue soon but at the moment I want it to be in a room in a pub or somewhere minors can attend. I think ideally it would be a church but the best time to do it is Sunday 4 – 6 or 5 – 7 so a church is out. I’m thinking of doing it on 14 June but nothing is set in stone yet.

I like the idea that people can turn up with simple guitar chords or a backing track and get to perform. I know it would be good for lots of my students so I am sure there are other folks out there that would benefit from it too.

Let me know if you have any ideas of where to do it.
